A video that claims to show Simon Cowell, 60, of England, United Kingdom not wearing anything but a wristwatch and a pair of glasses is going viral. In the video, which has since been taken down, individuals are seen blow-drying the body of a man who appears to be in his 60s.

Born in Lambeth, London, England, Cowell turned 60 on October 7, 2019. He is still alive contrary to what is being claimed on Twitter along with the viral video that claims to be him being pampered by his assistants.

There is still no confirmation whether or not the man in the video is indeed Cowell and he has yet to release a statement about it. Also seen in the video is another man in the bathtub and a group of ladies and gentlemen dressed in white.

Currently, Cowell serves as one of the judges of “America’s Got Talent” Season 15 along with Howie Mandell, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara. The reality show is hosted by Terry Crews.

“AGT” Season 15 premiered on NBC on May 26, 2020. The production of the current season, which marked Vergara’s first time to join the panel of judges, is affected by the ongoing new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Aired on May 28, 2019 to September 18, 2019 on NBC, “AGT” Season 14 was also hosted by Crews and the judges were Cowell, Mandel, Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union. Singer and pianist Kodi Lee was the winner while choir Detroit Youth Choir and stand-up comedian Ryan Niemiller placed second and third, respectively.

On June 4, 2020, Union filed a harassment complaint with California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) via power attorney Bryan Freedman. Named in the complaint were Syco Entertainment, which Sony Music and Cowell co-own, FremantleMedia and NBCUniversal.

Union claimed that while she was on “AGT” Season 14, she was harassed and discriminated against because she was African-American. She claimed that had reported these problems and experienced retaliation for doing so.

In a recent interview with “Daytime,” Cowell said the “Got Talent” franchise, which he created, is running in around 100 countries in the world. He also talked about how he was spending the quarantine period while the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing.

“I’ve been able to use this time to work with my team to work on two news shows, which I’m really excited about,” Cowell said. “I don’t normally get this kind of time where I can concentrate fully on something cause it does take a long time to do that.”
