Josiah Malachi Kilman of Columbia Falls, Montana, United States has died. He was 18.

In 2022, Kilman was the captain of the boys varsity soccer team of Columbia Falls High School in Columbia Falls. In June 2023, he graduated from the school.

In September 2023, Kilman entered Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky, USA. He joined the university’s wrestling team.

On February 24, 2024, Kilman was found dead inside his dorm room at Campbellsville University.  On the same day, Charles Ezekiel “Zeke” Escalera, 21, of Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, USA was arrested for Kilman’s murder.

From 2021 to 2022, Escalera wrestled for Campbellsville University. In August 2022, he entered the the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Cleveland County.

Escalera was booked into the Taylor County Detention Center in Campbellsville. He is facing murder and burglary charges.

Kilman’s body was transferred to the Kentucky Office of the Medical Examiner in Louisville, Kentucky for an autopsy. His cause of death has yet to be determined,
