The 11th edition of Malkat HaYofi was won by Alizia Gross, who was born in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Israel. An alumna of the University of Haifa on Mount Carmel in Haifa, Israel, she was crowned Miss Haifa 1960 before winning Malkat HaYofi 1960.

On July 7, 1960, Gross represented Israel at Miss Universe 1960 and competed against 42 other candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. She finished in the Top 15.

Gur played Vida in the 1963 James Bond film “From Russia with Love”. On April 1, 2025, she turned 85.
