Olivia “Liv” Redding, 20, of Burlington, North Dakota, United States is one of the sisters of Samantha Rae Redding Youngren, who is married to Nico Thomas Youngren. One of Samantha and Olivia’s siblings was born with Down syndrome.

From 2014 to 2019, Samantha attended Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. On November 4, 2018, she won Miss North Dakota USA 2019.

Samantha was 22 years old when she represented North Dakota at Miss USA 2019 on May 2, 2019 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA where she competed against 50 other candidates. She was unplaced.

Olivia Redding

Olivia is the youngest of four siblings. She is passionate about contributing to meaningful causes, singing and competing in beauty pageants.

From 2021 to 2023, Olivia was a varsity volleyball player at Des Lacs-Burlington High School in Des Lacs, North Dakota. She is 5’8″ tall.

On June 11, 2023, Olivia competed against 10 other Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2023 candidates at Watertown Events Center in Watertown, South Dakota, USA. She was second runner-up to Morgan Schwindt.

Miss USA 2025

On August 8, 2025, Olivia competed against four other Miss North Dakota USA 2025 candidates at the Franklin Center in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. She won the title.

Olivia will represent North Dakota at Miss USA 2025. It is the 74th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

The date and venue of the Miss USA 2025 coronation ceremony have yet to be announced. Among Olivia’s fellow candidates are Lou Schieffelin, 25, of Florida, Savannah Miles, 24, of Georgia, Mattie Barker, 22, of Kentucky, McKenzie Cole, 19, of Mississippi, Shae Smith, 21, of Missouri, Audrey Eckert, 23, of Nebraska and Zoe Ferraro, 25, of Oklahoma.

Schieffelin is Miss Florida Teen USA 2018, Miles is Miss Georgia Teen USA 2018 and Ferraro is Miss Oklahoma Teen USA 2018. Barker is Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2020, Eckert is Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2020, Cole is Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2022 and Smith is Miss Missouri Teen USA 2022.
